Delivery & Returns
Items in stock are normally shipped within 1 working day. If we receive an order before 2pm we strive to ship it the same day for next working day delivery. We always attempt to ship out orders the same day as we receive them, but this depends on when the order was placed. The transport time varies and depends on the delivery address as well as your chosen method of freight. Please note, Public/Bank holidays are not regarded as working days by our couriers. The time of ordering decides when we can pick, pack and ship your order.
All of our items are shipped out either the same day or the next day Monday to Friday by DHL, UPS or Fastway Couriers.
- Orders under €20 ex VAT delivery is €2.99
- Orders over €20 ex VAT delivery is FREE Standard Delivery
- Express delivery (next working day if order placed before 2pm) €6.95
- Express delivery is guaranteed to be sent if order is placed before 2pm and 98% of cases delivery is next day but we can not guarantee this.
If for some reason you think an item you've purchased from our online store is faulty then please phone us first before returning the item. We find that in most cases 99% of problems are usually due to user error and can be fixed over the phone. The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning faulty goods to us. We will pay the shipping for returning replacement goods.
Refunds & Exchanges:
If you order the wrong item or wish to return part of an order we will refund the cost of the product withing 7 Days of purchase (DSR) if you wish to return/exchange goods which are brand new, unopened and unused after the first 7 days a 23% restocking fee will be charged or if the item is not returned brand new. We will not be able to refund the original shipping costs as we've already incurred the costs ourselves when sending your order. You will be required to pay the shipping costs when returning items back to us.
The product must be returned in a marketable condition and in its original packaging.
All intended returns should be notified to us by telephone or email within 3 days of receipt of the goods. Please use a registered delivery shipping service when returning goods. This way you are insured in case of loss or damage to your package.
Missing / Damaged Goods:
If goods are missing or damaged from your order please contact us immediately so we can resolve this issue, it is recommended to check the order prior to signing for the goods. If goods are not reported missing or damaged within 24 hours after delivery we can not be held responsible for the goods.
