Technical Support Engineer (Networking & CCTV)

Your responsibilities include:

  • To provide technical support to installers (phone, email and in person).
  • To provide training sessions for customers and internal staff.
  • Product testing and troubleshooting for new and existing products that we offer.

Key Skills:

  • Great understanding of networking and IP CCTV products
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Interest in testing and understanding new products
  • Problem solving ability and possibility to solve customers issues remotely by Teamviewer etc.

Requirements:

  • Have a minimum of 1 year experience in a support role
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and deal directly with customers
  • Strong understanding of networking, wi-fi, IP CCTV etc.
