Items in stock are normally shipped within 1 working day. If we receive an order before 12pm we strive to ship it the same day for next-day delivery. We always attempt to ship out orders the same day as we receive them, but this depends on when the order was placed. The transport time varies and depends on the delivery address as well as your chosen method of freight. Please note, Public/Bank holidays are not regarded as working days by our couriers. The time of ordering decides when we can pick, pack and ship your order.
Cost:
All of our items are shipped out either the same day or the next day Monday to Friday by DHL, UPS or Fastway Couriers.
Shipping is a flat-rate at €8.50 for all orders and we try and have your delivery with you within 2 working days.
Returns:
If for some reason you think an item you've purchased from our online store is faulty then please phone us first before returning the item.
We find that in most cases 99% of problems are usually due to user error and can be fixed over the phone.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning faulty goods to us. We will pay the shipping for returning replacement goods.
Refunds:
If you order the wrong item or wish to return part of an order we will refund the cost of the product minus a 21% restocking fee.
We will not be able to refund the original shipping costs as we've already incurred the costs ourselves when sending your order. You will be required to pay the shipping costs when returning items back to us.
The product must be returned in a marketable condition and in its original packaging.
All intended returns should be notified to us by telephone or email within 3 days of receipt of the goods.
Please use a registered delivery shipping service when returning goods. This way you are insured in case of loss or damage to your package.
